While looking for awesome coroplast projects, I fell upon coroflot with Rebecca Coy's creation. Coroflot is built to connect designers to professionals. Rebecca has a number of cool posts but this one from 2012 is relevant by material and definitely deserves some recognition.

The design challenge: construct a full-sized chair, able to hold the weight of an average adult, from a single piece of 4' x 8' coroplast and using an additional fastener (glue, nut and bolt, etc.) in only two places.
