Placing an Order:

Simply design or upload your image and click "Add to Cart" in the top right corner. The more you buy the more you save. Your sign could cost as low as $2.25. Once you want to proceed with the order - do so by going to the cart icon and clicking "checkout". Follow the instructions by providing us with delivery information and select payment method. We will ship your package once production has been completed. Our support team is always happy to guide you at any step! 

Price chart Is it possible to change a completed order?

Once an order has been submitted, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to stop production. However, you are still welcome to submit an email with subject line "Edit Order" in an attempt to catch the production team before any signs get printed.

Price Matching:

We do not currently offer a price match guarantee; however, if you have a specific project you would like to discuss please shoot us an email. We would be more than happy to see if we can work something out!

Our current prices are as follows:

if you choose to print double sided, but with two different images and not a mirrored image, it will cost $1 extra instead of $.10 extra.

• _{By default, orders placed Monday-Friday are expected to ship within 48 hours. Weekend orders will be processed on monday.}

• _{Georgia residents will have the option for in-store pick up, free of shipping fees. We are located in Marietta, GA.}

Your 100% satisfaction is important for us. We offer a 30-days Return & Exchange Policy:

• If a product gets damaged or was faulty upon a delivery - we offer 100% refund.
• Timing: we have a 30-days Return & Exchange Policy, since the day item was purchased.
• For returns, please email youronlinesignshop[at]gmail.com with the subject 'Returns' and include your order number, name and the reason for the return.
• We will reply with instructions on where to send returns.
• Customers are strongly recommended to get proof of postage when returning goods to avoid "lost packages" situations.
• Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs of returned items.
• When returned item is received and inspected, customer will receive a confirmation email, notifying about the status of the refund.
• If the refund is approved, then it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to customer's credit card or original payment method shortly after.
